I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming which made my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a relaxed stay. Additionally, the location was perfect and easily accessible, allowing me to explore the city with ease. the breakfast served was delicious, and the hotel provided a range of options to accommodate different dietary needs.

There was literally nothing I didn't like about this hotel. Every aspect of my stay was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to this city.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was one of the best decisions we ever made. The staff was welcoming and treated us like family. The view was stunning and the atmosphere was amazing. We got everything we asked for and beyond, including an extra heater and blankets that kept us warm during the winter. The hotel's proximity to key locations was also a plus, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

The only downside was that one of the beds was not comfortable, and the toilet didn't have enough water when flushing. We informed the owner on our last day, and he took our constructive criticism well, promising to look into the issues. Hopefully, these problems will be resolved by the time we visit again in the spring. our experience was fantastic and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy, warm place to spend their holidays.

The view and atmosphere were great. there were enough blankets and we were given lemons for our tea.

The place was filthy and untidy. the kitchenware and cutlery were in a terrible condition.
